The marketplace fee above applies to independent providers you book directly. For Partners (personal care via licensed home care agencies) and Healthcare (skilled nursing referrals), the agency bills you directly. CareMatch is compensated by the agency, not by you.

Licensed home care agencies deliver personal care. You pay the agency at their rate.
